I will conduct a thorough communications audit of all your existing marketing channels and activities. This includes a SWOT analysis and tangible recommendations to apply to your marketing strategy in the future.

Through a series of workshops I will work with you to create a tactical marketing strategy. We’ll work through everything from identifying your goals and target audience through to messaging, channels, resourcing and metrics.

Additionally, I am experienced in the ideation and strategy phase for clients who are interested in bringing something new to the public or creating something unique for their employees.

Izzie started working with bluemarlin in 2019, and her role has evolved from social media management to leading on all things marketing. bluemarlin specialise in brand strategy and packaging design – they work with some of the world’s best known brands, such as Colgate, Müller, Thatcher’s, Vaseline and Shell.
Izzie manages the monthly marketing status which includes everything from website updates, to content creation and event management. She works closely with the internal team and other external consultants to ensure bluemarlin upholds its respected reputation in the industry, whilst always trying to amplify the brand and reach new audiences.

In 2022 Izzie joined forces with Freshbat, collaborating on various client projects. Freshbat specialise in marketing strategy and social media management for a range of individuals and SMEs, catering primarily to individuals and SMEs operating in the B2B sector.
In Spring 2023, Izzie was brought on board in a more regular capacity to cover the Founder, Catherine’s, maternity leave. Izzie was entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the agency’s operations for a few months. This position involved leading strategic support for all clients, managing the team, and making sure internal meetings ran smoothly. Izzie has really enjoyed working with Freshbat’s brilliant clients, including Accuracy Matters, Sales Untangled, First Class Accounts, and Human Level.

Izzie has been working as a marketing consultant for ABA since early 2021. ABA is a purpose-driven agency, specialising in working with leaders who care about more than the bottom line. As part of ABA’s services, they provide brand and comms consultancy to help companies stand out from the crowd.
Izzie provides strategic marketing advice to some of ABA’s clients. Support typically includes auditing their existing output, advising on their future strategy and helping shape a more robust marketing function. Projects have included working with Wiston Estate, Building BloQs, The Good Schools Guide and PiXL. Most notably, Izzie led 40+ one-to-one marketing clinics for businesses taking part in the British Library’s Innovation for Growth accelerator scheme. This included a meeting with every business to diagnose their marketing pain points and a follow up report with strategic advice on how they can improve their output.
